He who fights for us with you against himself

...He was valiantly battling in darkness. He was wounded and bleeding, his legs were trembling, his arms were weary though he continued fighting. He wanted to put an end to this longing battle, only if he could. He was braving the lost battle. It was battle between he and us, he and you, and he and himself.

He tried to run away but he couldn't. After all he chose to  become a warrior and ever prepared to battle between us and they. Less he realized who he was up for battle. It was a tripartite battle and he was asked to take sides. Ironically, he could not take any side as every side was against him. He had to fight the battle from all the sides. He stretched himself, he was torn by us and regrouped by you.

The battleground was fierce. There was no backing out for any. The loss of one would mean loss of him. He was skillfully fighting from all side only to leave either side with temporary imbalance. The fight was for him only.

Us were the weakest without either of he or you and the strongest with both of together. You were the mightiest and strong-headed among all albeit unpredictable that provides the all-important equilibrium to the battle. Himself was the gullible among all but a reflection of he...

Woh tum ho to kuchh aur baat hai...

Woh jaade ki ek raat, woh chandni ki barsaat,
woh mere haathon mein tumhara hath, woh kuchh aur baat thi..

Woh mera dheere se gungunana, woh tumhara chupke se musqurana,
woh meri nazron ka tujhse milna, woh kuchh aur baat thi..

woh tumhara bebaak guftgu karna, woh baat baat par kasmein dilana,
woh mera sapno ka aashiyaan banana, woh kuchh aur baat thi..

woh mausamo ka badalna, woh baarish ki boondon ka tootkar bikharna,
woh tera aanchal mein sab kuchh sametna, woh kuchh aur baat thi..

woh garmiyon ki tapan, woh sardiyon ki galan,
woh meri maqaam-e-yaas daffatan, woh kuchh aur baat thi..

woh bahaaron ka intezar, woh inkaar-e-iqraar,
woh mera dil-e-beqaraar, woh tum ho to kuchh aur baat hai...

Yet another beautiful evening to be cherished!!

Each day is new and different. Its an old saying and I wasn't a believer of the quote but today I am also feeling the same way. Last couple of days have been tough for us and I was expecting today to be in the same line. I woke up wearly in the morning, not feeling anything to do and just headed towards my office. In the office as well, all the things were looking same. I started doing the same pending work. But...wait...I have got a call...

I picked up my phone as usual, but something unexpected was happening on the other side. I heard your crackling voice. You looked quite fresh and happy. Suddenly, things changed around me. The dull morning turned out in a sparkling one. It looked like as always you had made my day.

We put off our phones. The feeling was intact and work was going smoothly...In the afternoon as well, when we talked again...the mood was good and things were at their normal best. But I didn't realize that a beautiful evening is waiting for us.

I left my office in the evening, city traffic was as usual and I reached to my flat. Yet another evening but feeling better than yesterday and again my phone rang. I picked up the phone. The talks were going good and suddenly we started playing a game.

A game that might sound very funny to others, but for us it was like a way to express ourselves. Our thoughts, ideas, feelings about things, life...and suddenly things started turning up in a splendid evening. Though we were miles apart, I felt that you are all around me, just playing hide and seek.

The game was going good and we got involved very deeply without realizing that it's not a game. It's just a way to let the other one know how we are feeling now. How we have missed the things, once we used to cherish. How we want to tell each other the things we want to share again...and the thoughts were going on.

I was wishing if it were a long lasting evening. We had to set up for our dinner, still feeling if we could continue for longer. The feeling was intact...a mixed feeling...for being with you...missing you...rememberance to our good old day...

The day progressed and night falls...leaving a feeling of spending a good evening after a long time...and I wish if...!!

An unusual disruptive end of an otherwise beautiful day...

Phew...I need to catch my breath after a long wandering on busy roads. That 2 hours long walk has come to an end but my head is still caught with the same thing, "How couldn't you see me as I was standing opposite to you for a while?  You were looking all around on the other side of road but couldn't you spot on the separating divider of the road?" Well, you need not guess if I had gone blind or what. To make it believe, you need anything but an unfortunate experience like me.

Umm...It was a good sunny afternoon and we had a good lunch with couple of good old friends at relatively new restaurant...and we departed with an idea of sharing an evening coffee. I spent some good time with the friends and reached the cafe. Sooner or later, you arrived at the cafe and as usual I was as happy as I like to be. You were looking as gorgeous as on our very meetings. We had a good time together with extra strong coffee but a coffee with you was as good as it could be always...And as always, I wondered if time could also take a break for a while. Anyways, whether I like it or not (of course I hate), your beautiful watch struck with that dreaded hour...Wait, wait, wait...wasn't I happy as you asked me to catch you on a walk just after?

The time started then, and it was a long long walk for us...

A dream comes true...

It starded with a dream, shared by two persons who were unaware that they were on the verge of an endless journey. They witnessed many a lifetime experiences, piles of ecstasy, mountains of agony, a handful of happiness and a ocean of sorrow within that dream. Yes, my beloved! I have spent a whole of my lifetime with you before it came true

I was as happy as I could be. I remember my bone shivering birthday celebration with you. I remember your restlessness, your worried gazes, yet an unshakable trust. I remember my tiring routine which used to start with your ever refreshing voice. I remember daylong belonginess which took me in another world before I called up my routine...and how I landed on the place to 'B'.

It was summer of June and we were as happy as we wanted though missing a hell lot of being with each other. We thought that we knew...we knew how to sail through the known unknown strom.

Perhaps, our destiny had something else in store for us. We faced the most dreadful fear we could had imagined. It took a toll on our lives and questioned our existence like anything...But made us realize the power of dreams we had shared for a lifetime.

I remember the late night meetings, those sacrosanct deadlines for submissions...those not so surprised surprise quizzes, those grueling term examinations schedule. I remember the summers nightmerish process. I remember those painful grade points averages...and all these got repeated until recent.

No matter what, our dream comes true and we are in the final lap of its realization. What I don't remember is your unstoppable support, magical care, lifelong sacrifices, your eternal love and being with me every single day and night.

Now again I would be on starting point of another dream, though unsure about it. I don't know how much time it would take but can't live without chasing it...and again I would like to weave another dream with you...perhaps, a life long or bigger than that; beacuse you don't dream, you foresee the reality, like this one!
